The turning point came when we realized that high-quality cooking shouldn't require a degree in culinary arts or a massive kitchen to store gear. Existing solutions were either wildly overpriced or cheaply made, forcing home cooks to choose between their bank account and their sanity. We decided enough was enough and set out to bridge that gap.

We went back to the drawing board to focus on what actually matters: durability, smart design, and accessibility.
